Are you a Junior Sous Chef with a passion for good food? Do you want to work for an award-winning hotel and restaurant? We are working with a successful, independent boutique hotel to find their perfect Junior Sous Chef!

Boasting seasonally changing menus and first-class food standards, this stunning kitchen requires a Junior Sous Chef to join their strong team of chefs. Using the freshest ingredients, you will assist their accoladed Head Chef to create mouth-watering dishes. The team pride themselves on using only locally-sourced ingredients of the highest quality!

The perfect Sous Chef will have a hunger for success whilst demonstrating their skill-set and inspiring their Junior Chefs. You will share your knowledge whilst enhancing it further and gaining invaluable experience.

The successful Sous Chef will receive a salary of £27,500; not to mention the opportunity to work with a top-notch team. Live-in accommodation is available if required, however, we do advise you have your own transport if live-in is not for you.
